Go Beyond with Michele

Michele helps women move from confusion to clarity in their healing journey through advocacy, education, and deeply informed support.

About me

As someone who has managed obesity and multiple sclerosis with my autoimmune conditions throughout my adult life, I understand firsthand that what works for one person may not work for another. Living with a chronic illness isn’t one-size-fits-all—and your wellness journey shouldn’t be either.

You deserve more than a rigid protocol. You deserve a compassionate, flexible, and empowering approach that honors your lived experience and adapts to the realities of life with a chronic condition.

That’s why I became a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach through The Maryland University of Integrative Health, with certification from The International Coaching Foundation, and from my Professional Fellow with The Institute of Coaching/ a division of Harvard Medical School —to help guide others like you toward resilience, tenacity, balance, and .

Her clients are often overwhelmed, exhausted, or frustrated by the traditional healthcare system and want a compassionate, experienced partner to help them reclaim their voice and wellness.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. While many of Michele’s clients have formal diagnoses, others are still searching for answers or managing unexplained symptoms. Her work is focused on helping you navigate your health journey with confidence—wherever you are in the process.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

Absolutely not. Michele’s services are designed to complement your existing care—not replace it. She does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
